在石油化工行業(yè)的螺栓緊固安裝施工過程中，工作環(huán)境都比較惡劣；螺栓數(shù)量多，使用量大；力矩值要求比較大，扳手長期處于超負荷工作狀態(tài)。因此，如何正確使用液壓扳手，延長液壓扳手的使用壽命，安全高效施工非常重要。
一、工作之前檢查，檢查液壓扳手上的螺釘是否松動，轉(zhuǎn)動扳手觀察其功能是否良好。檢查液壓泵油箱是否充滿液壓油，油管是否裂痕，快速接頭是否連接到位，鎖緊環(huán)是否安裝。
二、將扳手置于空地上。啟動液壓泵，檢查油泵運轉(zhuǎn)是否正常。按住線控開關，扳手方軸或棘輪開始轉(zhuǎn)動，扳手到位停止轉(zhuǎn)動，壓力表由“0”急速上升至調(diào)定壓力；松開按鈕，扳手自動回程，反復幾次，使扳手空轉(zhuǎn)幾次，觀察扳手轉(zhuǎn)向，以確定鎖緊和松拆運行方向，無異常時，將方軸或者棘輪放置套筒上。
三、壓力調(diào)整，一手將線控開關上按鈕按下，此時方軸或棘輪轉(zhuǎn)動，扳手到位停止轉(zhuǎn)動，壓力表由“0”急速上升，另一只手調(diào)整油泵調(diào)壓閥，調(diào)節(jié)壓力表中指針所需壓力。
將泵站壓力調(diào)到最高，確認扳手轉(zhuǎn)向為拆松方向，將扳手放在套筒上，找好反作用支點，靠穩(wěn)，反復執(zhí)行動作，直至將螺母拆下。確定好鎖緊方向，根據(jù)力矩值調(diào)整好泵的輸出壓力，將方軸或棘輪安裝上套筒，按照試運轉(zhuǎn)時的操作方式，進行操作，直至螺母不再轉(zhuǎn)動。

Therefore, how to correctly use the hydraulic wrench, prolong the service life of the hydraulic wrench, safe and efficient construction is very important.
1、 Before work, check whether the screw on the hydraulic wrench is loose, and turn the wrench to observe whether its function is good. Check whether the oil tank of the hydraulic pump is full of hydraulic oil, whether the oil pipe is cracked, whether the quick connector is connected in place and whether the locking ring is installed.
2、 Place the wrench in the open space. Start the hydraulic pump and check whether the oil pump operates normally. Press and hold the wire control switch, the square shaft or ratchet of the wrench starts to rotate, the wrench stops rotating when it is in place, and the pressure gauge rises rapidly from "0" to the set pressure; Loosen the button and the wrench will automatically return. Repeat several times to make the wrench idle for several times. Observe the rotation of the wrench to determine the operation direction of locking and loosening. If there is no abnormality, place the square shaft or ratchet on the sleeve.
3、 For pressure adjustment, press the button on the wire control switch with one hand. At this time, the square shaft or ratchet rotates, the wrench stops rotating in place, the pressure gauge rises rapidly from "0", and the pressure regulating valve of the oil pump is adjusted with the other hand to adjust the pressure required by the pointer in the pressure gauge.
Adjust the pressure of the pump station to the maximum, confirm that the wrench turns to the loosening direction, put the wrench on the sleeve, find the reaction fulcrum, stay stable, and repeat the action until the nut is removed. Determine the locking direction, adjust the output pressure of the pump according to the torque value, install the square shaft or ratchet on the sleeve, and operate according to the operation mode during the test run until the nut no longer rotates.
